Elburn Lions All Wheel Car Show

  • Elburn Lions Club 500 Filmore St. Elburn, Illinois 60119 United States of America (map)

On October 4th the Elburn Lions will be hosting our 22nd annual All Wheels Show in our beautiful 26 acre park. We will be awarding cars and truck in 27 different classes.

One of our show highlights is the judging of the "Best of the Best" vehicles that have won Best of Show throughout the year at other shows which are invited to participate. We gather as many of these exceptional vehicles as possible to select the very best stock and modified.

We will again have our witch serving home made chili from an iron kettle over a wood fire while it lasts. We will have coffee and donuts available while they last as well as lunch concessions provided by our youth organization the Elburn Leos.

Our full service bar will open at 11:00 AM where the Bears game can be viewed at noon. A D.J. will be entertaining us with music throughout the event, for the kids there will be a pumpkin decorating contest as well as our playground. A 50/50 will be run to test your luck!

Awards will be presented after 3:00 PM. A preregistration fee of $15.00 is needed by September 26th or a $20.00 fee can be paid at the gate. Proceeds from this year's show have been designated for Breast Cancer Research in support of October Breast Cancer Awareness. Show car classes and entry forms can be found on our website at www.elburnlions.com or Facebook.com/elburnlions.

We also have a second event the day before our car show which entails a car cruise throughout our beautiful countryside with a destination at a private car collection; Franks Classic Cars. A $10.00 fee per car covers the cost of the cruise including pizza and beverages at the destination. To attend be ready to leave Elburn Lions Park at 2:00 PM Saturday, October 3rd. This cruise is not restricted to show cars, drive any vehicle you like to participate.

Elburn Lions Park is south of state Route 38 and one block west of state Route 47 (south of the railroad tracks and Bob Jass Chevrolet).
